Central government is going to print and hand-deliver 11 crore “Ayushman Family Cards” under Pradhan mantri Rashtriya Swasthya Suraksha Mission (PMRSSM). These cards are essential to avail cashless treatment benefits under the flagship Ayushman Bharat Yojana (Modicare). Ayushman Pakhwaras will be organized across villages to provide Health Insurance Scheme benefits to the poor rural people.

Even a new National Toll Free Number will be given to the Ayushman Bharat Yojana Beneficiaries. There will 24*7 Call Centers to attend the complaints regarding Ayushman Bharat Yojana Applications and Claim Settlement under National Health Protection Scheme.

Prime Minister Modi, on the eve of celebration of 72nd Independence Day of India has announced to launch Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan. This is a National Health Protection Scheme which will provide affordable healthcare facilities to poor people. To ensure transparency, the central govt. will implement this initiative through the use of technology / software.

This software is in testing process and the testing process will continue for the next 6 to 7 weeks. Afterwards, this paperless and cashless treatment facility will be available for around 50 crore people. All the families will then get Health Insurance of Rs. 5 lakh p.a under this Pradhan mantri Rashtriya Swasthya Suraksha Mission (PMRSSM).

Claim Settlement guidelines are released for Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan. People can make claims at all the Health and Wellness Centers, govt. hospitals and Private Empanelled hospitals. Ayushman Mitras will be enrolled to serve people and assist them during their treatment. Ayushman Family Cards will be given to beneficiaries to avail treatment benefits.

Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana (PMSYM) Pension Scheme:

Central govt is inviting online applications for Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana (PMSYM) at maandhan.in for informal workers. Under this PMSYM scheme, the govt. will provide Rs. 3000 per month as pension to all the unorganized sector workers.

Now all the people working in unorganized sector will have to make a monthly contribution of Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 per month and then govt. will provide them Rs. 3000 monthly pension after retirement. The eligibility criteria for Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana 2020 is that the person must be working in unorganized sector. The salary of the person must be less than Rs. 15,000 per month to avail pension under PMSYMY.

Eligibility

-          All the beneficiaries must belong to 18 to 40 years of age

-          The income of the candidate must be less than Rs. 15,000 per month

-           He / She must not be an income tax payer.

-          Applicants must not be engaged in organized sector with membership of EPF / NPS / ESIC

-          Applicant must have a savings bank account.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana:

Central govt has launched Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana 2020 for farmers. Under this Farmers Income Support Scheme, govt. will provide Rs. 6000 per annum to small and marginal farmers with land holding upto 2 hectares. PM Kisan Scheme 2020 is a major step forward towards the welfare of farmers and will assure them of minimum income. The assistance amount would be transferred directly into the bank accounts of the farmers.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2020 (PM-KISAN) is fully funded by the central government and is expected to cost around Rs. 75,000 crore per year. PM Kisan Scheme 2020 is going to tackle the problem of the farmers and would also reduce the agarian distress. Online registrations for PM Kisan Scheme are ongoing at pmkisan.gov.in (earlier pmkisan.nic.in) which is the official portal for PM Kisan Yojana.

With this PM-KISAN Scheme for farmers, the govt. aims to assure minimum income guarantee to the farmers. Accordingly, farmers can utilize this direct cash transfer amount to buy anything of their choice.
